Unfortunately, it is currently not possible for users to remove the color background in the custom AOI. However, there is an alternative solution.
Easily add these wells to a project and access them that way, bypassing the need for the custom AOI. Here is an article that provides a step-by-step guide on how to add wells to a project.
After adding the wells to your project, you will have the ability to view them directly on the map with full access to all your current mapping features. You have two options for placing these wells on your map:
- From inside the project: Click on the wells tab and then the map wells button
- From the filters panel: Change the data source from public to the project
If you choose to save your custom AOI as a saved search within the project, you can easily stay updated on any changes in that area. This way, you can quickly check if any new wells have been added to the area in the future.
