What data is contained in Well Summary Records?

The well summary record contains multiple fields that are aggregates of data contained in other records. 

Measurements

  • Perf Ft: Sum of perforated feet across all perforations
  • Min Wellbore Size: Minimum wellbore size
  • Max Wellbore Size: Maximum wellbore size
  • Min Casing Size: Minimum casing size used
  • Max Casing Size: Maximum casing size used
  • Upper Perf: Top perforation recorded
  • Lower Perf: Bottom perforation recorded

Timeline Metrics

The record tracks several important timeline intervals:

  • Permit To Spud Days: Number of days from permit and spud date
  • Spud To Completion Days: Number of days from spud to completion
  • Completion To Production Days: Number of days between completion and first production
  • Production To Plug Days: Number of days from last production to plug date

Production Characteristics

Key production parameters include:

  • Oil Gravity: API gravity of oil produced
  • Dry Gas Gravity: API gravity of gas produced
  • Max Meter Pressure: Maximum meter pressure
  • Max Shut-In Pressure: Maximum shut-in pressure
  • Max Shut-In Temp: Maximum shut-in temperature

Choke Settings

  • Min Choke: Minimum choke size used
  • Max Choke: Maximum choke size used
  • Choke: Average choke size indicated for this well

Records Management

  • ID:  Internal unique Identifier
  • Internal ID: Unique record identifier as an integer for quick querying
  • Well ID: Unique well identifier
  • Simple ID: Well identifier as an integer for simple and quick querying
  • Date Created: Initial date when the record was created in WellDatabase
  • Date Last Modified: Most recent modification date of the record
  • Date Catalogued: Date and time when the record was catalogued into the export database
