What access is available during a trial?

Our trials allow for full access to the features, tools, and analytics. The only limitation during a trial period is that exports are limited to 10 wells per export, allowing you to evaluate both the export workflow and data available without bulk download access.

During your WellDatabase trial, you’ll be able to explore the platform hands-on and evaluate key features and analytics before committing to a subscription.

As you navigate through your trial it's important to us that you are able to give a full evaluation of our software, so all features of the plan you've selected, and a sample of export data will be enabled during the trial period.

Q: Why are exports limited during a trial?
A: We allow exports for up to 10 wells so users can preview what data is available through the Export Data Wizard. The trial is intended for evaluating the software and export process, not for bulk data downloads. This helps users understand what information can be obtained through exports before upgrading.

Q: How can I export bulk data immediately?
A: If you need immediate access to bulk exports, you can upgrade from a trial to a paid subscription before your trial ends. Use the Upgrade Now button at the top of the WellDatabase screen.

Q: Can someone walk me through a typical workflow to accomplish my goals?
A: Yes — our Customer Success team can join you for a screenshare during your trial. Click here to schedule a time. 

Q: When will I be charged?
A:  You won’t be charged right away when you start your trial. After 72 hours, your trial will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription unless you cancel beforehand. If you decide to upgrade to a paid plan at any time during the trial, your account will be charged immediately. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your profile.
