Export the Shape

Press and hold the Shift key while left-clicking on the shape to bring up the pop-up menu that offers the option to "export shape."

Select "Export Shape," give the shapefile a unique name, choose either Shapefile or GeoJSON as your desired format,  and then click on the Export button to complete the process.

The exported file will be saved to your computer's downloads folder or can be accessed by clicking the downward arrow in your browser's toolbar.

Shapes exported will use EPSG:4326/ WGS-84 CRS.
