How do I download a file?

We gather a variety of publicly available documents, including tif, pdf, and las formats. Users can conveniently view or download these documents directly through the platform.

You can locate the documents for each well within the Well Details. To access it, simply click on the well name from the list or select any of the well spots on the map.

Please note that not all wells in the platform may have associated documents. If you wish to refine your search to display only those wells with available documents, you can utilize the "has files" filter. Alternatively, you can apply the "has logs" filter to view only wells that contain well logs.

Upon accessing the Well Details, you will notice that the data is systematically organized into various sections on the left side. To find the files associated with the well, navigate to the last tab in the list labeled "Files." By clicking on this tab, you will be presented with a list of any available documents for the well.

To view the documents, simply click on the gear icon located next to the file name.

Within the Well Details section, you have the option to download all files associated with a single well at once. To do this, simply click the top checkbox to select all files, and then press the download button.

Pro accounts provide access to the document finder feature, enabling users to download documents from multiple wells in batches of up to 100 documents.
