How do I change the email address associated with my account?

Update the email address on your WellDatabase account while preserving your existing account history. After verifying your new email address, you will be prompted to create a new password.

 How to change your email address

1. Navigate to your profile by clicking the profile icon in the upper-right corner of WellDatabase.

 2. Click Change Email

 3. Enter your new email address twice and click Change Email

4. Check your new email inbox for a verification email from WellDatabase.

5. Click the verification link contained in the email.

6. After verifying your new email address, follow the prompts to set a new password for your account.

Q: Do I need to create a new account if my email address changes?
A: No. Updating your email address allows you to keep your existing account history, settings, and subscriptions.

Q: I did not receive the verification email. What should I do?
A: Check your spam or junk folder and verify that the new email address was entered correctly. If you still do not receive the verification email, contact support@welldatabase.com for assistance. 

Q: What happens after I verify my new email address?
A: After clicking the verification link, you will be able to create a new password for your account using the new email address.

Q: Can I have multiple email addresses associated with one account?
A: No. Each WellDatabase account is associated with a single email address. Once your new email address has been verified, it becomes the email address associated with your account and the previous email address is no longer valid for login.
