How do I access my exports?
View, download, and manage exports that you have previously created from a single location. This article explains how to access export history, review export status, and download completed export files.
The My → Exports page provides a centralized location for viewing completed exports, checking export status, and downloading previously generated files.
How to Access
Navigate to My → Exports.

Understanding the Export List
The My Exports page displays exports that have been created previously, along with status information showing when the export was requested and when it was completed. This will also show if an export is still processing or if it has failed.
If an export fails, contact support and do not delete it from My → Exports.

Downloading an Export 
Click the download icon to download a completed export file. Downloaded exports contain the data that was available when the export was originally generated.
Reprocessing an Export 
If you need the most current data, use the reprocess icon to create a new version of a previously completed export.
Downloading an existing export returns the data that was available when the export was originally generated. A newly reprocessed export will capture the most current data available at the time the export is processed.
Deleting an Export 
Exports remain available in the My Exports page until they are deleted. To remove an export, click the delete icon next to the export.
Deleting an export removes the file from your export history but does not affect the underlying data in WellDatabase.

Q: I need updated data from a previous export. Can I re-download it?
A: No. Re-downloading an existing export returns the same data that was available when the export was originally generated. To capture current data, use the reprocessing option described above. This creates a new export using the original export settings, so you do not need to recreate your filters. The new export will contain the most current data available at the time it is processed.
Q: Will deleting an export remove data from WellDatabase?
A: No. Deleting an export only removes the export file from your export history. The underlying data remains available within WellDatabase.
Q: Can I export data with a Lite subscription?
A: No. Data exports are not available with Lite subscriptions.
Q: How many exports are included with my subscription?
A: Export allowances vary by subscription level. Refer to the Compare Plans page for current export limits and feature availability.
